I'm a monk and I have my signet of capture, but I am unsure as to what are considered the best monk skills to capture.

I am mostly a healing monk, but any great monk skill will help.

What are the best ones and where do I get them?

You dont have to pick one skill. You can purchase multiple SOCs. (signet of capture)

Most people agree that you should use signets of capture for elite skills, as they can only be captured and not bought. However, capture signets are cheaper, gold-wise, than regular skills; if you know where a regular skill can be found on a boss, and are trying to save a bit of cash, you could use a capture signet instead of buying a skill.

Yes it is one of the three trials, the one in the north...
